Join us for this afternoon session as Jennifer Moorefield, Associate Vice President of Economic Development and Corporate Training (EDCT)at Greenville Technical College presents a keynote on the importance of connecting workforce development with economic development. This session will highlight examples of custom training programs developed by EDCT in partnership with their business partners to exactly meet their training and workforce development needs. Among the programs to be featured will be a local Road to Production Management (RPM) initiative designed to accelerate career pathways from the production floor to management at BMW.
