Miranda Colorado is the Production Supervisor in Assembly at BMW Manufacturing LLC Co., Plant Spartanburg. She is responsible leading a production area to delivery daily activities and production goals in a manufacturing environment using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Miranda has been in the leadership role in production for 7 years, coaching and developing production associates to ensure sustainable performance. Mentoring and inspiring the team and process partners toward future leadership roles and sharing BMW Core Values.
