Mr. Schlageter is responsible for achieving IBM’s revenue and cash-flow objectives with top and bottom-line business results for all IBM clients in the four GTM geographies: North America, Europe Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Japan. His team is organized into 6 Industry groupings: Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Electronics, Industrial Products, Chemicals & Petroleum, and Energy & Utilities. He leads IBM’s approach to each Industry to realize IBM’s Hybrid Cloud and AI strategy for IBM Technology, including Red Hat and IBM Consulting. As of May 2023, he was elected to the Catena-X Board of Directors to serve a 4 year term.

Prior to his current role, Jeff held numerous sales and management positions including Vice President IBM Global Markets for Honda North America, Vice President Ohio Valley Sales and Distribution, Vice President, Pure Systems North America, Chief of Staff to IBM Senior Vice President of Sales and Distribution, WW Director Global Process Services Marketing and Sales Enablement, Client Unit Director in the Public Sector, iSeries Sales Management, and Storage Systems Sales.
Jeff resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife Becky and 3 children.
